For returns or exchanges, please note that we do not provide cash or card refunds. Instead, a store credit will be issued, allowing you to select an alternative item or use the credit towards a future purchase with Lemoka.

International Shipping

For orders outside of South Africa, shipping costs may fluctuate due to currency exchange rates. We strive to provide an accurate estimate of the shipping cost; however, please be aware that the final amount may vary slightly.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location. For domestic orders within South Africa, please allow up to 7 business days for delivery. International orders may take up to 14 business days, depending on your region.
